Located inside the M25 and a 20 minute drive from Elstree and Leavesden studios, Knoll Farm provides an easily accessible shoot location when wanting to be close to London. Approached by a long tarmac private drive, the stand-out spaces at Knoll Farm are the equestrian facilities on offer – from the new stable block, indoor sand school and horse walker to the large livery yard with circa 60 horses.
The period farmhouse dates back to the 1600s and is available both inside and out for filming and photoshoots.

Facilities at Knoll Farm
Plenty of hard standing in the large concrete farmyard for unit base use, as well as modern loos and office interior can be used as crew base. Fields can offer parking overflow. The house is also available as a crew facility.
Getting to Knoll Farm
The train from St Pancras to Radlett takes just 25 minutes.
Alternatively by car, Central London is less than 1 hour’s drive from the farm.
