Skirting the top of a hill, just a couple miles above Rye, Humphries Farm is home to one pretty meadow location after another.
Its vantage point at the top of a hill may suggest open and windy – far from it. The meadows have been untouched over the years, and the established trees, hedgerows and wild areas give the location a charming, dreamy vibe. Take the elegant, enormous weeping willow that’s set on its own in the middle of one of the fields, or the wide expanses of bracken that must date back over centuries.
Untouched, and unspoilt are also the agricultural buildings, an inherited daffodil field, and the more grandiose walled garden area with large glasshouse and ancient vines.
Humphries Farm is a delightful meadow location, with much more besides. More details are here and let’s speak further about how the farm can work for you.
